WHAT TO EXPECT FROM 2021 !

We get ready for the 2021 full of hope and good propositions for the next year to come. 2020 has been such a particular year leaving behind us a completely new situation to handle.

We have faced to the best the difficulties in face of us and we get prepared for the future challenges.

As every year occurs, we have organized our yearly company meeting to present to the whole company the main objectives and the main future projects of the group. The structure of the presentation will allow to every department to see the projects we are going to promote and integrate into the 2021 year. New projects, running projects and future settings will mark the year in such an important way to guarantee us the company’s objective’s results. Every team member will have the possibility to know the company contest enabling them to move freely and independently in the future, always following a unique common objective and a shared direction taken.

New projects will range from the digitalization to the improvement of the company’s infrastructure, from the widening of new resources to the methodology and development of the smart working, from new product lines to new future investments.

The need to meet, spend time with our colleagues, know-how the persons who work close to us are doing in their life is very high. The hope of a better situation is more and more vivid. Despite this, we are ready and well organized to work in remote, and thanks to the turnaround of the spaces, we are able to meet every now and then, making the communication more favourable together with the development of new and innovative ideas involving all the company’s staff.

The human capital of Bestway Europe and all its branch offices remain the fundamental company’s asset. Our focus, also for the 2021, will be always the one of focusing on our added value allowing the Bestway Group to reach the objectives fixed for the 2021 and set up new future configurations.
